September Ehub Dates

Occasionally there are Fridays that there is no E-hub because of various happenings at KCC. I have been known to forget these. Each month I will put the dates of the classes on the blog so you can check here for easy reference.

Little Dresses for Africa Volunteer Day!!!

* financial donation toward shipping, supplies and refreshments for the day of the event
* Ribbons, push pins, safety pins, bobbins, sewing machines for the day.

Nature Scavenger Hunt!

Bring the kids, from teens to tots, for a nature scavenger hunt. Cost: park is free to enter after Labor Day, so just 50 cents per child for hunt prize. All are welcome. Pass the word! RSVP children attending & ages to tupperwaretricia@aol.com

Apple Picking Fun

When: Wednesday September 16, 2009

Kitchen will be open, but you can bring your own lunches!

COST: $7 per PERSON. Includes hayride out to the apple trees, a bag of apples you get to pick yourself, cider and donuts for everyone, an explanation at the cider press, barnyard animal petting zoo, tractor to climb on, market to shop in, and knowledgeable workers to ask many questions of!

Gymnastics- Third Monday of the Month

Gymnastics is held on the third Monday of the month at Flip City, also called All World Gymnastics. Click HERE for their website. This is NOT a drop off event and parental supervision is required.

Location: Their address is 32556 Dequindre, Warren MI 48092. (This can be difficult to find. It is at 14 and Dequindre on Dequindre. Head South on Dequindre and pass over 14 Mile. On your left side will be a building that reads Red Run Industries. There is now a sign for the gym on the lawn. Turn left just after passing the building. Go all the way to the back of the buildings and on your left in the last building will be a door with Flip City on the door.

Cost: $5 per person or $15 per family. If you have 5 kids, your cost is $15.
